Facilities and prices

In Haus Berge you will find 6 non smoking apartments:

 
2 x Type A (green-58m²) family apartment
max. 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults
3 x Type B (yellow-35m²) for 2-4 persons
1 x Type C (green-46m²)  for 3-5 persons

Our apartments are exclusively equipped with tiles and hardwood floors. The garden apartments have a south-terrace and the other apartments have a south-balcony, so you can enjoy the magnificent view. Pets are welcome in our garden apartments!

The apartments are equipped as follows:

Cable TV, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Shower, toilet, hairdryer. Free Internet access via DSL / WLAN.

 

In addition, we offer you for free use:

Cot, high chair, raclette grill, toboggan, garden, table tennis, outdoor grill, covered car parking at the house. Lounge for cozy evenings with TV, video and games available.

 
So that you can start the day with warm feet, we have equipped our ski room with a heating for skiing and hiking shoes.

The prices are per day and apartment including towels, tea towels and bed linen.

Each additional person: € 10,00 / day.

Dogs: from € 3,00 to € 5,00 € / day (depending on the size).

Value added tax is included in all prices, exclusive of local taxes!

Final cleaning: up from € 40,00 depending on occupancy.

Arrival: starting from 2 pm

Departure: by 10 am
 
Payment at the latest on the evening before departure in cash or by bank transfer before arrival.

Cancellation fee: The conditions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply. We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance in order not to be charged with any cancellation fees.
